As of 1st May 2026 the fees are;
Debts less than £1,900
Compliance stage fee: £79.00
Attendance by Enforcement Agent: £247.00
Removal fee (when goods are removed to auction): £116.00
Compliance stage fee: £79.00
Attendance by Enforcement Agent: £247.00 + 7.5% of debt above £1,900
Removal fee (when goods are removed to auction): £116.00 + 7.5% of debt above £1,900
Where are removal takes place there may be additional costs which may include:
• Storage
• Locksmith Costs
• Auctioneer costs
