About us

oneSource Enforcement Services is a shared service between the London Boroughs of Newham, Havering and Bexley. We work with the partner councils to recover debts and maximise income to the Councils. We provide ethical enforcement services by the public sector and for the public sector. We specialise in the recovery of Business Rates, Council Tax, Road Traffic and Commercial Rent.

Our dedicated team have been equipped with some of the latest technology and given specialist training to offer high standards, maximise the prospect of full recovery and assure compliance. As a local authority run enforcement team we understand the pressure of debt recovery in an ever changing socio-economic climate. As a public sector shared service, the team proactively seeks to identify the most vulnerable in society and those suffering financial hardship, in order to sign post them to the relevant Council services and agencies

ANPR - Automatic Number Plate Recognition

Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) technology is used to help detect, deter and disrupt criminality.

Automatic number plate recognition can be used to store the images captured by the cameras as well as the text from the license plate, with some configurable to store a photograph of the driver.
