Working as an integral part of the front line oneSource Debt Resolution Service, our Welfare Team of trained Debt and Welfare Benefits advisers support vulnerable debtors by providing impartial and confidential advice and guidance. The service is designed using processes and procedures adopted from the Money Advice Sector. The model is similar to that of any independent debt advice service. Our goal is to:

OneSource Welfare Service takes a partnership approach to assisting clients. We have established referral and signposting links with a number of Welfare and Debt Advice agencies across our area of benefit. We have in place a ‘seamless service’ to ensure that the client journey between agencies is as smooth as possible.

Our Welfare service uses the latest Advice Pro system technology used by most UK independent advice agencies. This enables us to record and report on caseloads, and to help target vulnerability and financial hardship. We are also able to provide detailed Management Information on the levels of Hardship and Vulnerability being experienced within a partner Council. We understand the need to take an assertive but ethical approach to maximise collection and reduce aged debt. oneSource Collect provide a fresh approach to collecting debt which is designed specifically for the public sector. Our agents place customer service at the heart of our practices, engaging your customers, protecting your brand and collecting payment however late it may be.

We will maximise the prospects of full recovery and offer an experienced and effective bespoke personal service.
